Electrical Switchgear Warranty: Please note that there is no warranty on electrical switchgear. This is because electrical switchgear is subject to wear and tear and requires regular maintenance to ensure its longevity.

Accurate Information: It is essential to provide accurate information to avoid any misunderstandings or additional charges. If non-mentioned or misleading information is provided, it will be charged separately on the quote and invoice. A site evaluation is required for accurate quotations.

Refund Policy: Refunds will only be valid if a good reason is given in writing regarding our services or related products. A 10% handling fee will be charged for any refunds. Refunds may take up to 7 - 14 working days to ensure that the product is not damaged and its previous packaging is not damaged. All assessments will be required to be before any refund is acceptable. If any damages are made to the product, the required amount to repair the damage will then be deducted from the refund. No refunds are acceptable after quotation of installation that are approved and installed.
